- Stays of 30+ nights are billed monthly rather than one lump sum — you're charged for the first stretch at booking, then the remaining nights are billed in the same ~30-night installments as your stay continues.
- Is there a fee for paying by credit card?
- For stays of 30+ nights, a 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments, and paying by ACH bank transfer avoids that fee entirely. Stays under 30 nights never carry a card fee — and on those shorter stays, ACH is 1% less than the credit card total.
- Do I still pay occupancy tax on a long stay?
- Yes, on the first 31 nights. After that, the remaining nights of your stay are exempt from Las Vegas transient occupancy tax.
