The Las Vegas Pool House is about 3.3 miles by road from the Las Vegas Convention Center, roughly a 10-minute drive without traffic, and about 3.7 miles from the Venetian Expo. A team of up to 8 gets the whole 3-bedroom, 3-bath house instead of a block of Strip hotel rooms.

The Consumer Technology Association lists CES 2027 for January 6–9, 2027, in Las Vegas. The show spreads across several venues; in recent years the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and the Venetian Expo have hosted most of the exhibit halls. Drive times from the house
- Las Vegas Convention Center: about 3.3 miles, roughly 10 minutes in free-flowing traffic.

- Fremont Street and downtown Las Vegas: about 2.1 miles, roughly 5 minutes.
We measured these with OpenStreetMap routing from 1704 S 16th St. Show-week traffic and venue parking lines add real time, so leave margin on the first morning. The driveway holds 2 vehicles and there is no overnight street parking, so a team of 8 usually brings one or two cars and shares rides.
Why teams pick a house over hotel rooms
- One booking for the whole team: 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen, one Double plus two Twins) and a convertible double futon in the game room. Maximum occupancy is 8, the limit set by our City of Las Vegas license.

The whole main house is private to your group. A caretaker lives in a separate, self-contained unit on the property, so help is close by if you need it.
Arrival, house rules and paying
Check-in is self-service from 4:00 PM, so a team flying in on different flights can arrive on their own schedule. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, there is no smoking indoors and no glass in the pool area, and parties or events at the house need our prior written approval.
