Staying for the SEMA Show: A House 3 Miles from the Convention Center

Short answer
The 2026 SEMA Show runs November 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Las Vegas Pool House is about 3.3 miles by road from the LVCC, roughly a 10-minute drive without traffic, and sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. A November 2–7 stay covers setup through the last show day.
SEMA 2026 at a glance
The SEMA Show takes over the Las Vegas Convention Center at 3150 Paradise Road from November 3 to 6, 2026. It is a trade-only event, open to the general public only on Friday, November 6. Registration, badges and hall maps are on the official SEMA Show site.

Getting to the LVCC
- Las Vegas Convention Center: about 3.3 miles, roughly 10 minutes in free-flowing traffic.
- Venetian Expo: about 3.7 miles, roughly 10 minutes.
- Fremont Street and downtown Las Vegas: about 2.1 miles, roughly 5 minutes.
We measured these with OpenStreetMap routing from the house at 1704 S 16th St. Show-week traffic and convention-center parking add time, so plan for it on opening morning. The driveway fits 2 vehicles and there is no overnight street parking, so plan on one or two cars for the crew rather than a fleet of trucks.
A house for the crew
- Sleeps up to 8, the limit on our City of Las Vegas license: one King, one Queen, one Double plus two Twins, and a double futon in the game room.
- Three full baths plus a 3/4 bath with shower in the poolside cabana.
- A full kitchen, and a covered patio with a built-in charcoal grill, sink and a 4-top table.
- A 27-foot private saltwater pool and in-ground hot tub. Early November evenings are cool, so ask about optional pool heat, which is extra.
- 1Gb fiber internet and a game room with foosball and an arcade cabinet for downtime.
The whole main house is yours. A caretaker lives in a separate, self-contained unit on the property.
Check-in and house rules
Check-in is self-service from 4:00 PM, so crew members can arrive on their own schedule, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, there is no smoking indoors and no glass in the pool area, and parties or events at the house need our prior written approval.
