Planning a Las Vegas Group Trip for Up to 8

By Alex, your Las Vegas Pool House host (hosting since 2011) · Updated

Short answer

The Las Vegas Pool House sleeps up to 8 in one private, single-story home: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a game room, and a backyard with a 27-foot saltwater pool and hot tub. It is about 2.1 miles from Fremont Street. Plan around two driveway parking spots, 10 PM quiet hours and an 8-guest maximum.

Who sleeps where

  • Bedroom 1: King bed.
  • Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
  • Bedroom 3: a Double and two Twin beds, good for kids or friends who do not mind sharing.
  • Game room: a convertible double futon for extra sleeping space.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, the limit set by our City of Las Vegas short-term rental license (General License #G64-01794). Every guest counts toward that cap, so plan the head count before you book.

What the group gets

  • The whole single-story home, over 2,300 square feet, private to your group. A caretaker lives in a separate, self-contained unit on the property.
  • Three full bathrooms, plus a 3/4 bath with shower in the poolside cabana, so the pool crowd is not dripping through the house.
  • A 27-foot private saltwater pool with optional heat (extra), and an in-ground hot tub, in a fully fenced backyard.
  • A covered patio with a built-in charcoal grill, sink and a 4-top table.
  • A game room with foosball, an arcade cabinet and board games.
  • A full kitchen and 1Gb fiber internet.

Getting around

We are in a residential neighborhood minutes from downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street and the Strip. Fremont Street is about 2.1 miles away, roughly a 5-minute drive, and the Las Vegas Convention Center is about 3.3 miles. The driveway has parking for up to 2 vehicles and there is no overnight street parking, so most groups bring one or two cars and use rideshare for nights out.

House rules worth knowing before you book

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool is open day or night, so keep the noise down late.
  • No glass in the pool area and no smoking indoors.
  • No unauthorized parties or events. Parties or events at the house require our prior written approval.
  • Maximum 8 guests at any time.

The full house rules are on our FAQ page.
